This pattern is so quick and easy to make for the doll and her owner.

Rickrack and ruffles are always a winning combination! This tiered skirt pattern is easy to construct from measurements instead of pattern pieces. The skirt takes advantage of the wonderful coordinating cotton prints available to create a "couture" look. Rickrack trim is stitched along the edges of the tiers, and is used to make pretty flowers to decorate a plain T-shirt.
