Cupcake Apron with ruffled hem pattern for American Girl Dolls and their owners

Girls love to help grown-ups in the kitchen, and so do their American Girl Dolls. This apron, with a ruffled hem and made from novelty fabrics with a baking theme, is the perfect cover-up. The cupcake print lends itself to an apron with a cupcake applique on the front, but could be made from a variety of prints or solids. The D-rings used for closure at the neckline ensure that the apron will stay in place.

Instructions for a gingerbread apron with rickrack trim are also included with this pattern.
