Response to the Sewing Challenge

Cindy Henry Macedon has a great tip for sewing on bias tape. She writes:

Thank You for the free pattern! This is the first one I have made that has fit! The 2 inch idea is great and it worked on my computer!

The picture I have sent is of Kirsten ready for Memorial Day I found a trick to the self fabric bias tape. I set my machine on the longest stitch length and machine basted the placement line then used it as a guide so it went on evenly. I got mad at the first collar and figured this out. I am a perfectionist to a fault. I also put snaps on the cuffs so they weren't too large when on. I realize they have to be large to fit over the hands.

I greatly enjoy seeing what other people have done and hope this is only the first challenge!
