Nancy Schultz writes the following about this quick doll pattern:

I made this dress from some remnants of a dress I made for my two year old daughter Katie. (That's her knee in the first picture, her in the second. It was a hot day, so I couldn't get her in the matching dress.). The collar is slightly (1/4") smaller and uses middy braid trim. I also contrasted the cuffs and added a band of the contrast just before the skirt. The doll was her Christmas present this year.

Thanks for a quick pattern that was easy to make. It's currently the only dress that Gina (the doll) is allowed to wear.
