Response to the Sewing Challenge

We will always offer the Dropped-Waist Dress sewing pattern free on the website; however, we had planned on stopping the Sewing Challenges after 20 responses. But--- offering the sewing pattern free and getting the responses was just too much fun - we decided to keep it going for a year (February 2002 to February 2003).
