Norfolk Suit
Country tweeds and jaunty cloth caps were popular wear for sporting activities and traveling before the coming of the motorcar. Little boys of well-to-do families were often dressed as miniature versions of their fathers and the Norfolk jacket was a favorite with its belted waistline and box pleats.
The vintage doll pattern includes directions to make the jacket, belt, knickerbockers, fitted shirt, braces combinations, black ribbed stockings, peak cap and Balmoral boots.
It is easy to adapt the pattern to make a Little Lord Fauntleroy suit and the book gives you directions on what to do.
The doll pattern, vintage, is sized for a doll that is 24 inches tall. Directions are given to modify it for those that are from 14 to 25 inches tall.
