As women were freed from the tight hourglass look of the corset, the loose fitting suit, like this one made from wool worsted, gave a stylish line to the newly liberated woman. The jacket is trimmed with a beautiful fur collar and matching muff. A silk chemisette worn under the jacket gives a feminine look.
The pattern includes directions to make the jacket, skirt, chemisette, muff, camisole, drawers, long black stockings, cloche hat and high-buttoned boots.
With a few simple changes you can transform the outfit into a Safari suit.
The vintage pattern is sized for a doll that is 24 inches tall. Directions are given to modify it for those that are from 14 to 25 inches tall.
