Pattern for sunny day dresses with a hat

Merry Sunshine features a dress, petticoat and panties to celebrate those sunny days. The bodice and sleeve are one piece. The semi-circle skirt has front pockets with flaps and pleats in the center back. The dress comes with two choices of shapes for the collar, cuffs and pocket flaps, one a scalloped edge and the other a straight edge. Also, directions are given for omitting the collar and cuffs and trimming the edge of the neck and sleeves with lace. The tiered petticoat helps the skirt to stand out.
